So lengthy story here but I promise its worth it!

About a year ago, I was looking to change from Geico to State Farm for my Hyundai Sonata and my at the time boyfriend's truck. Well my car's year was a 2017 and there was an issue with the theft concerns on those as well as others. For about a week and a half to 2 weeks, there a ton of back and forth with the dealership, State Farm and myself doing research on what I needed installed in order to be insured by SF.

Hyundai's solution to the rise in theft was to install an engine immobilizer system that would have cost me close to $700 (luckily they installed it and didn't charge me since there were so many issues) However, this isn't what the policy writers needed in order for me to qualify to be insured. All the while, my rep., Korey Kanzig, was in full communication via text, email, even gave me his cell number for when he went on vacation to keep pushing the underwriters AND keep me informed. Even when he wasn't as readily available, Harold jumped in immediately to help and was on the email chain/part of the conversation since day one. Korey made sure he did everything and escalated it appropriately to get me insured.

While I wasn't able to get insured on the Sonata at that time, I knew who to call once I got my new car. I bought it Monday night, texted Korey on Tuesday morning and was insured within 20 minutes.

10/10 recommend Harold and Korey. I have NEVER had this experience with Geico or any other agency. It's always an automated system or chatbot at first, long wait times, transfer after transfer, "disconnects" and then more time wasted and transfers.

I put in my inquiry online with SF and was again IMMEDIATELY assigned Korey. I was already impressed that I had an actual agent to speak with and then even further had someone who cared enough to get me the best rate possible.

I was paying $450/mo. at the time with Geico for ONLY my car and had I been good to go with SF, I was quoted about $550-600/mo. for 2 cars, 2 life insurance policies, and renters insurance.
Now I'm in a 2024 Bronco Sport and I'm VERY happy with my new rate. Car note and insurance, I'm at about $600 a month.
